Before Guthix, I spent years running the largest originator training program in the country. I trained hundreds of loan officers on how to do this job right — how to read a file, how to structure a deal, how to find a path when the obvious one is closed. That experience is what I bring to every client conversation.
I'm a real estate investor myself. I've personally closed more than 20 transactions. I know what it feels like to sit across from an underwriter, to wait on an appraisal, to watch a deal almost fall apart on a technicality. That's why I approach every scenario the way I'd want someone to approach mine — with urgency, creativity, and straight talk.
